The Assistant Community Manager reports to the Community Manager and under his/her supervision carries out the following duties:

•Typing, filing and other clerical functions
•Show available units to applicants
•Conduct landlord reference and credit chcks
•Prepare new and re-certification leases and other forms
•Collect rental payments
•Maintain maintenance records
•Inspect the property as directed
•Handle maintenance request
•Purchase both maintenance and administrative supplies as directed
•Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
