Currently, we are looking to add a Director of Compliance to our team. The person will report to the CFO and will be responsible for leading a team of 3 individuals.

DUTIES:

Prior corporate level compliance experience REQUIRED. 

Oversees the functions of the Compliance Department.  Stays updated on all compliance related regulations.  Monitors and analyzes changes in funding programs through training's, bulletin emails, and websites to determine appropriate actions for the organization.  Updates communities on compliance related changes.  Makes necessary revisions or additions to related policies and procedures. Standardizes all correspondence, forms, move-in documents, and verification's.  Prepares and assures that all post inspection responses are completed correctly and timely.  Excellent oral and written communications skills, ability to prioritize and be detail oriented and meet deadlines. 

NECESSARY CERTIFICATIONS:

Spectrum C3P certification and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS). HCCP, Spectrum S.T.A.R. Rural Development certification, and Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certification preferred.
