Resident Coordinator


This position will have primary responsibility for managing the relocation of residents during the construction period.   This includes the planning and coordination of all the activities pertaining to this process.


  • Point of Contact (POC) for all resident renovations questions
  • POC for the moving/packing and construction teams
  • Develop and distribute notices on behalf of management informing residents about construction activities and progress
  • Participate in resident meetings
  • Inventory and distribute packing materials to residents
  • Ensure residents are prepared when their unit is scheduled for renovation.
  • Ensure units are ready for the contractor each day according to the construction schedule
  • Coordinate the daily schedule for the residents including meals (breakfast and lunch) and activities
  • Coordinate with the contractor's project manager on schedule updates
  • Conduct inspections of units as needed to confirm readiness for construction
  • Collect and process any incident reports and work with residents, management and construction company to solve
  • Communicate regularly with residents, management and construction company


Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Attention to detail

Superior organizational skills

Strong customer service skills

Previous property or project management experience a plus

Ability to work well with seniors, the disabled and their families, friends, aides and advocates

Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
